Pool Manager

• Responsibilities: Oversees the daily operations of the pool facility, ensuring safety and efficiency, manages staff, schedules, customer service and enforces pool rules but not limited to.
• Qualifications: County Specific Swimming Pool Operator's License, Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or county-approved), First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.

Assistant Manager/Pool Operator

• Responsibilities: Assists the manager with training, staff supervision, scheduling, customer service and rule enforcement but not limited to.
• Qualifications: County Specific Swimming Pool Operator's License, Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or county-approved), First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.

Lifeguard

• Responsibilities: Ensures the safety of pool members, assists in the facility's daily operations, customer service and enforces pool rules but not limited to.
• Qualifications: Lifeguard Training (Red Cross or county-approved), First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers.

Desk Attendants

• Responsibilities: Greets and checks in members, answers phones, handles reservations for events, and controls club access but not limited to.
• Qualifications: Requires customer service skills, Recommended Bloodborne Pathogens Training, First Aid and CPR

ALL applicants must be *15 years old and possess current or by date of hire Lifeguarding, First Aid and Infant/Child/Adult CPR with AED by State of Maryland and County Approved Agency (American Red Cross or Other approved).  Pool Operators, Assistant Managers, Managers must possess additionally a County (specific to your location) Swimming Pool Operators License.  Please see our Lifeguard Training link for upcoming class schedules.  

*Desk attendants may be 14 years old with valid work permit.
